HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We ship our items with USPS Priority Mail if you purchase 2 or more items. We also ship through USPS If you purchase a single and light product in a protected in a poly bag with great quality packaging. Shipping costs vary by package and destination. Most items will be delivered within 4-14 business days after your order is received. You will be able to view a more specific shipping timeline during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Yes, you will still be responsible for any return shipping charges which can range from US$10.00-US$65.00 depending on the size of your order and a 10% restocking fee. We do not provide refunds unless the item was damaged in transit. You can exchange your item for another size or get store credit. All designer sales are final.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrived damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to you by PayPal only if the item was damaged otherwise you will get store credit for your return. You will still be responsible for any return shipping charges which can range from US$10.00-US$65.00 and a 10% stocking fee.
